- Thaw out pork siomai for 20-30 minutes.
- While thawing out the siomai, preheat steamer/fryer for 5-10minutes.
- For Steamer: Carefully place siomai in the steamer, cook for 20 minutes. Serve.
- For Fryer: Carefully drop each siomai in pre-heated oil. Fry for 2 mins. and drain in a paper towel. Serve.
