Cooking Method
Oven and Turbo Broiler

Cooking Procedures:
  1. Thaw the cheese for 20-30 minutes or until slightly soft.
  2. Wash scallop under running water for 1 minute.
  3. In a wok, add 1liter of water. Bring to a rapid boil.
  4. Submerge scallop and boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Drain the boiled scallop in the colander.
  6. Transfer the boiled scallop in a clean plate.
  7. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  8. Ready for adding cheese, add 1 teaspoon of cheese on top.
Turbo Broiler Procedures:
  1. Prepare turbo broiler.
  2. Set temperature into 482°F / 250°C.
  3. Preheat turbo broiler for 1 minute.
  4. Take 10 pieces ready to bake scallop from chiller.
  5. Bake the scallops meat for 3 minutes.
  6. Transfer baked scallop in a clean plate.
  7. Ready to serve baked scallops.
Oven Procedures:
  1. Preheat Oven at 150°C for 4 minutes.
  2. Take 10 pieces ready to bake scallop from chiller.
  3. Arrange scallops on an aluminum tray or baking dish.
  4. Bake the scallops meat for 3 minutes.
  5. Ready to serve baked scallop.
