- Thaw the cheese for 20-30 minutes or until slightly soft.
- Wash scallop under running water for 1 minute.
- In a wok, add 1liter of water. Bring to a rapid boil.
- Submerge scallop and boil for 2 minutes.
- Drain the boiled scallop in the colander.
- Transfer the boiled scallop in a clean plate.
- Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
- Ready for adding cheese, add 1 teaspoon of cheese on top.
- Prepare turbo broiler.
- Set temperature into 482°F / 250°C.
- Preheat turbo broiler for 1 minute.
- Take 10 pieces ready to bake scallop from chiller.
- Bake the scallops meat for 3 minutes.
- Transfer baked scallop in a clean plate.
- Ready to serve baked scallops.
- Preheat Oven at 150°C for 4 minutes.
- Take 10 pieces ready to bake scallop from chiller.
- Arrange scallops on an aluminum tray or baking dish.
