Boneless milkfish, sliced open in half and marinated in vinegar.

Cooking Method |
- Thaw out milkfish for 30 minutes or until fish meat is soft to the touch.
- Pre heat non stick pan with 2 tablespoon of cooking oil for a minute.
- Once pan is heated, fry fish skin side down for 2 minutes. Turn fish and fry for another 2 minutes or until fish meat is golden brown.
- Transfer milkfish on a plate and serve.
