Cooking Method |
- Thaw Chicken BBQ for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Place chicken with it's marinade in a sauce pan. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. each side.
- Transfer chicken on a grill. Brush chicken with reduced barbecue marinade while grilling for flavor.
- Cook until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C.
- Serve.
