- Ready to Heat
Slow simmered Ox Tripe, Angus Beef Cheeks, Beef Tendon and Chorizo de Bilbao in tomato sauce, roasted peppers and green olives
- Set microwave to medium setting (750W).
- Microwave for 5-6 minutes covered.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
- Transfer Callos in a pan (preferably non-stick) and add ½ cup water.
- Set fire to medium.
- Wait for Callos to completely thaw out. Mix from time to time.
- Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve.
