  • Slow simmered Ox Tripe, Angus Beef Cheeks, Beef Tendon and Chorizo de Bilbao in tomato sauce, roasted peppers and green olives

Cooking Method
Microwave or Pan Heated

Heating Procedures:

  1. Set microwave to medium setting (750W).
  2. Microwave for 5-6 minutes covered.
  3. Transfer to a plate and serve.

Pan Heated:

  1. Transfer Callos in a pan (preferably non-stick) and add ½ cup water.
  2. Set fire to medium.
  3. Wait for Callos to completely thaw out. Mix from time to time.
  4. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve.
