Cooking Method

Cooking Procedures:
  1. Thaw out frozen salpicao for 20 minutes. 
  2. Sauté minced garlic, add the marinated salpicao.
  3. Add a spoonful of roasted garlic or garlic confit cloves with garlic oil.
  4. Cook to desired doneness of meat.
  5. Finish with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
  6. Garnish with toasted garlic bits and chopped fresh parsley.
