- Thaw squid rings Adobo for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat wok or pan, medium flame.
- Pour oil and heat for 30 seconds.
- Add minced garlic, chopped tomato, and chopped red onion. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add in squid rings, laurel (bay leaf), paminta buo and sili espada, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Cover for 30 seconds.
- Remove cover and add Adobo sauce, sauté for 1 minute.
- Serve.
