Payment Options
  • The cut-off for payments received is 6PM. All orders made after 6PM can be processed for next day deliveries. However, some items may be subject to availability (especially seasonal items and peak seasons). We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if delivery will need to be moved to another time.
  • You will receive a status update via SMS once your items are slated for delivery.
  • All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Orders done in the Locale Grocer are for the items only. Separate delivery fees apply. To check fees, please go to our Delivery page.
  • Modes of payment currently accepted on the site are QR Codes (Gcash, Paymaya, Wechat, Allipay), Bank Transfers (AUB, BDO), and soon, Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard).

  • The Locale Grocer reserves the right to withhold any orders/deliveries if payments are still going through extended time of verification, validation, etc.
